A REMINDER ABOUT SOME T&CS

1. You can only pause if you have completed your initial commitment period.

2. We have a 30-day notice period, any payments within this period will be processed as normal then your pause can take effect after that.

3. You are only entitled to two 30-day pauses within a year which cannot be consecutive.
